The fourth event in the series of scientific gatherings titled “Danone Nutricia Academy” was held under the theme “Food Intolerance and Allergy in Infants and Children” on May 23rd in Tehran. The event was organized in collaboration with the “Iranian Society of Neonatologists” and offered Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.

On the occasion of Health Week and in recognition of key contributors to food security, CEO of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and his delegation visited the Mashhad Milk Powder Industries – Danone Nutricia factory. As one of the most important and largest infant formula production units in the country—with the highest monthly production capacity and advanced technology—the factory plays a vital role in meeting domestic demand.

We are pleased to announce that Danone Nutricia – Mashhad Milk Powder Industries and Daya Darou Distribution Company have initiated a strategic partnership in March 2025 for the supply and nationwide distribution of Bebelac infant formula products.

This collaboration has been established with the goal of improving access to high-quality infant nutrition products and meeting the needs of infants across the country. With its extensive distribution network and long-standing expertise in pharmaceutical and nutritional product logistics, Daya Darou will play a key role in efficiently and promptly delivering Bebelac formula to pharmacies and healthcare centers.

The official collaboration between Elite Distribution Company and Danone Nutricia – Mashhad Milk Powder Industries began in February 2025, with the presence of CEOs, deputy directors, and senior managers from both organizations at Elite's central warehouse. Under this agreement, Aptamil, one of the leading brands in infant nutrition, has been added to Elite’s product portfolio.

This partnership aims to expand the distribution network and enhance consumer access to high-quality nutritional products. Leveraging its extensive distribution infrastructure, Elite Distribution Company will work to deliver Aptamil products to pharmacies across the country as quickly as possible, enabling more families to benefit from these products.

The official meeting of the Foreign Investment Organization of Khorasan Razavi and North Khorasan provinces with Mashhad Milk Powder Industries – Danone Nutricia, as one of the largest foreign investment ventures in the country, was held in February 2025. The purpose of this meeting and site visit was to promote and attract foreign investment, as well as to discuss perspectives, practical experiences, benefits, and challenges faced by foreign investors.

Mashhad Milk Powder Industries – Danone Nutricia, in partnership with the French company Danone Nutricia, is active in the production of infant formula and is the largest supplier of such products in Iran.

The third event in the Danone Nutricia Academy scientific series, titled "Recent Advances in Infant and Neonatal Nutrition," was held on November 14 in Isfahan, in collaboration with the Iranian Pediatric Association – Isfahan Branch, and included continuing education credits.

The aim of these events is to present the latest strategies and educational insights on neonatal and pediatric health, supported by the expertise of specialized faculty members and the scientific foundation of Danone Nutricia.

The second event in the Danone Nutricia Academy scientific series, titled "Food Allergies in Children," was held on October 11 in Mashhad, in collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, and included continuing education credits.

The goal of these events is to provide the latest strategies and educational insights on neonatal and pediatric diseases, drawing on the expertise of leading academic professionals and the scientific foundation of Danone Nutricia.
